Feature Events

As we mentioned on the Developer blog, we have added many metrics in the application statistics page. A full explanation of these metrics is below.

[edit] Canvas

View — The number of canvas page views during the specified period.
Link Click — The number of clicks on all links on the application's canvas page during the specified period.
Fetching Error — An error that occurs when accessing the HTTP server.
Parsing Error — A syntactical error that occurs when the FBML gets returned.
Runtime Error — An error that occurs after the FBML has been fetched and parsed.
Error — The total number of all errors that occurred on the application’s canvas page during the specified period.

Feed Owner Comments — The number of times users commented on stories published by the application during the specified period.
Feed Owner Hides — The number of times users hid stories published by the application during the specified period.
Feed Owner Inaccurate — The number of times users marked as inaccurate stories published by the application during the specified period.
Feed Non-Owner Comments — The number of times friends commented on stories published by the application during the specified period.
Feed Form Cancel — The number of times users canceled an application Feed form action during the specified period.
Feed Form Confirm — The number of times users confirmed an application Feed form action during the specified period.
Publish Form Cancel — The number of times users canceled an application Publisher action during the specified period.
Publish Form Confirm — The number of times users confirmed an application Publisher action during the specified period.
Publisher Owner Publish — The number of application Publisher actions initiated by users (profile owners) during the specified period.
Publisher Viewer Publish — The number of application Publisher actions initiated by friends (profile viewers) during the specified period.

Profile Box Owner Click — The number of times users clicked on their application profile boxes during the specified period.
Profile Box Non-owner Click — The number of times friends clicked on users’ application profile boxes during the specified period.
Profile Box Add — The number of times users added an application profile box to their profiles.
Profile Box Remove — The number of times users removed an application profile box to their profiles.
Profile Info Section Add — The number of users who added the application info section during the specified period.
Profile Info Section Remove — The number of users who removed the application info section during the specified period.
Tabs Add — The number of users who added the application tab during the specified period.
Tabs Remove — The number of users who removed the application tab during the specified period.

Requests Accept — The number of requests from the application that users accepted during the specified period.
Requests Ignore — The number of requests from the application that users ignored during the specified period.
Requests Block — The number of requests from the application that users blocked during the specified period.
Requests Form Skip — The number of times users skipped a request form in the application during the specified period.
Requests Form Force Invite — The number of times users marked a request form in the application as a forced invite during the specified period.

Sender Sends (user-to-user) — The number of user-to-user notifications the application sent during the specified period.
Sender Spam Incorrect Mark (user-to-user) — The number of times users incorrectly marked the application’s user-to-user notifications as spam during the specified period.
Sender Spam Unintentional Mark (user-to-user) — The number of times users unintentionally marked the application’s user-to-user notifications as spam during the specified period.
Recipient Spam Report (user-to-user) — The number of times users reported the application’s user-to-user notifications as spam during the specified period.
Recipient Hide All (user-to-user) — The number of times users hid all of the application’s user-to-user notifications during the specified period.
Recipient Clicks (user-to-user) — The number of times users clicked links in user-to-user notifications the application sent during the specified period.

Sent — The number of emails the application has sent to all its users during the specified period.
Subscribe — The number of users who approved the permission to receive email from the application during the specified period.
Unsubscribe — The number of users who deleted the permission to receive email from the application during the specified period.

Privacy Report — The number of privacy reports sent with regards to the application during the specified period.
Inappropriate Report — The number of inappropriate content reports sent with regards to the application during the specified period.
Spam Report — The number of spam reports sent with regards to the application during the specified period.
Does Not Work Report — The number of reports that the application does not work that were sent during the specified period.
Attacks People Report — The number of reports that the application attacks people that were sent during the specified period.
Drugs Report — The number of reports that the application contains drug content that were sent during the specified period.
Violence Report — The number of reports that the application contains violent content that were sent during the specified period.
Bookmarks Add — The number of users who bookmarked the application during the specified period.
Bookmarks Remove — The number of users who removed the application bookmark during the specified period.
