- Adds a new FQL table called permissions. This allows applications to query, for the current user, the extended permissions the user has granted to the application.

- Stop disabling applications of developers who join the Facebook Platform Test Network. In order to prevent abuse, these accounts will still be unable to access the Developer Application, but their associated applications will no longer be disabled.
This means you can now add formal test accounts to applications in developer mode for testing purposes.
