How come i can't find Facebook Connect component for joomla anywhere!!

Has anyone created a fb connect option where people can select like/dislike a photo (for example)?

What is Network Connect doing here? What does that have to do with integrating Facebook Connect into your website?

You can connect FB Connect to your site so your userid/session ID is their userid on facebook. To deter spam etc, you off the registrations etc unless it's Facebook connected.
