So what url do you specify in your Google Analytics account?

Specify the url to http://myserver.com/myfolder/ Be sure to add parameters to your url for the website url google is grabbing from.

ie. http://myserver.com/myfolder/index.php?fb_sig_user=&fb_sig_session_key=
